In submitting my application, I authorize the use of my credit card for automatic release shipments, affirm that I am over 21 years of age and acknowledge that I have read and understood the terms of membership.
Your membership commitment is for at least one year and shipments will automatically continue until you elect to cancel them. Your membership may be cancelled in writing at any time without further obligation via email@example.com, except for wines billed to your account prior to the receipt of written cancellation. All cancellations will receive a confirmation email which you should retain. If you cancel prior to fulfilling the one year commitment, Hoopes Family Vineyard reserves the right to charge you for any discounts received.
You will have the opportunity to customize your order prior to your credit card being charged by logging into your account online and making adjustments. To receive shipping rate benefits, a bottle threshold will require maintaining. For ongoing customization that does not require you to log in online, please state in special instructions if you would like a substitution to be made on your behalf. An example of this would be; every time there is a Merlot in my shipment, substitute a Chardonnay instead. For other special requests, please email and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Shipping and Delivery Terms
All wines are sold in California and title passes to the buyer in California. We make no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import wines into any state outside of California. The buyer is solely responsible for shipment of alcoholic beverage products. By placing your order, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to you. Due to state shipping laws, shipments are limited to certain states and other restrictions may also apply. Taxes will be applied as required by your local and state laws.
Age verification and a signature of an adult 21 years of age are required at the time of delivery. You will receive an email notice with tracking information when your wines ship so please ensure you keep an up to date email on your account. Carriers make three delivery attempts then hold your wine at a local hub for approximately one week to allow pickup before returning shipments to Hoopes Family Vineyard. It is your obligation to notify HFV of any billing or shipping changes when reminded to do so via email prior to us charging the credit card on your account. We reserve the right to charge to your account additional shipping charges incurred due to an incorrect address, delivery interception and shipments returned to the winery.
