LIPARITA LEFT BANK RESERVE
We are dedicated to bringing Liparita back to the luster of its glory days, by creating wine with the same frontier spirit that embodied the award-winning wines of its thriving past. The founder of Liparita, William S. Keyes, started the winery in 1880 with the aim of putting California wine front and center on the world stage. The label retains the heritage of the past, but displays the crested initial of my father, Spencer Hoopes. The winemaking concept is similar as well, focused on making great wines from extraordinary appellations. This powerful Cabernet blend synergizes the diverse vineyard attributes of Napa Valley terroir with a modern nod to the Left Bank of Bordeaux.

Blackberry and dark cherry open on the nose of this complex wine. Subtle hints of peppercorn and tobacco leaf are followed by dark earth and musk. The rich palate opens with dark fruit. Layers of sweet spice and dried herb round out the palate which showcases
firm, yet supple tannins and a long finish.
