LIPARITA SAUVIGNON BLANC
We are dedicated to bringing Liparita back to the luster of its glory days, by creating wine with the same frontier spirit that embodied the award-winning wines of its thriving past. The founder of Liparita, William S. Keyes, started the winery in 1880 with the aim of putting California wine front and center on the world stage. The label retains the heritage of the past, but displays the crested initial of my father, Spencer Hoopes. The winemaking concept is similar as well, focused on making great wines from extraordinary appellations. This modern Napa Valley Sauvignon Blanc captures the unique characteristics of the soils in St Helena, one of the newer appellations in the valley.

Bright and fresh the nose opens with melon and pear. The palate is lifted and clean and finishes with citrus and notes of minerality. The clean finish and lively balance of this wine lends itself to enjoying on the porch and over summer meals with friends.
